We used the golden circle across all departments and with our parents — it had a significant impact. We also implemented a payment system so there are no emergencies.

Gavriel Rosenberg

Executive Director, 8+ years

Crucial Conversations — I learned about it at Mosdos Management. Since then I developed a course and teach it to my 12th grade through the eyes of Hazal.

Gavriel Robenov

Executive Director, 4–7 years

Shifting my mindset that tuition is income — get as much as possible! I utilize the tuition spreadsheet I learned at MM every single year.

Avi Schwartz

Executive Director, 4–7 years

Working on having the right person in the right seat — I was successful in setting up our office to be way more productive. The fundraising aspect was amazing. The budgeting from R’ Dovid was super helpful.

Chaim Weiss

Executive Director, 1–3 years

Rabbi Kramer mentioned: if you remember something, put it in your calendar right away. That helped me not drop balls. Listening to people with experience sharing real tidbits is VERY helpful.

Nosson Hirth

Fundraising & Development Director

The MM course presented all the elements of the executive end of a mosad in great detail, but also explained how to have it all cohesive and organized — tremendously helpful to envision and build efficient systems.

Yitzi M.

Administrator, 4–7 years

It gave me the confidence to step into a role I was not so familiar with.

Chaim Dessler

Executive Director, 8+ years

The knowledge from this course made it so much easier to work alongside my coworkers — I can clearly explain why my approach makes more sense, and I am clear on what needs to be done to run a mosad.

Alumni (anonymous)

Executive Assistant to Menahel, 1–3 years

I took the course during the summer I was transitioning into the field. It was new information to me and extremely valuable.

Yehoshua L.

Executive Director, 1–3 years

It provided me with more confidence and wherewithal — a framework to take in all the new roles and responsibilities.

Matthew Manes

Fundraising & Development Director

Getting an understanding of how to differentiate between running a business and running a Mosad. A teacher told me we were more business-like than her previous school and felt bad for saying it. I told her it was a compliment — you need both. I pointed out that we never missed a payroll. Can she say that about her old mosad?

Avromy Nadoff

Executive Director, 1–3 years in field
